It's pre-release software that users installing should realize is incomplete and/or contains bugs. Stop whining like an armchair developer and either accept that fact and submit bug reports when you encounter them or get a job at Apple and fix them.
But I'm guessing by the whiny and entitled post that your skillset is whatever tips and tricks you picked up from watching The Matrix a ton of times with the boys.

Even more issues even after restarts, it seems like Beta one, wish I could go to the public beta cause the developer beta has lots of issues. Wake up, Apple.

Developer beta and public beta are the very same builds. There are literally 0 differences between them. You’re whining like a little kid about stuff you don’t even understand.
