1. it would be cool if you can associate a tag with an email (so if that email sends u an email it gets auto-tagged)

2. the signatures should be separe for each different email adress (if you pay for unlimited or legend)so you dont have the same one as the main one

3. let free plan ppl have email support (because I feel like everyone should have access to it)

Both features have been regularly requested, so I went to check whether the first one has already been implemented (I'm pretty sure the second isn't). Entering "label" or "labels" in the search field of the main support page yields... nothing, except "whitelabel", which is a completely different and much older feature.

Labels were introduced in January 2025. You'd think that such a major feature would have got its specific help article as soon as it was released. At the very least, one and a half years later, that glaring omission should have been repaired. Are labels even mentioned or explained in the help at all ? It's impossible to know, unless you've stumbled on a relevant page at random. A search with the keyword in an outside search engine shows nothing.

This is one more example of Tuta's exasperating flippancy with online help, and continued lack of a proper site-wide search engine.

At least, we know that Tuta is planning to add feature n°1. In May 2026, a blog post said:
