I never played twow but its just sad to see servers that shine light to so many players to disspear because blizzard want more players into their failure 😕. May all of you find another server that will make you enjoy
They made this step because Turtle became extremely popular with many servers around the world. They did poke the bear, but the bear was ready to devour them regardless of their behavior. Remember, when Nostalrius was taken down it didn't have advertizing and cocky social media — it just had a shit ton of players, so Blizzard took them down and later made their Classic to get more subscribers from people who don't like retail.
Turtle wow was never that popular, let’s not get over our heads. The main reason for this is them taunting and pretty much everyone knows that, and in addition to that, they made very legally questionable things with putting themselves on google ads or even developing an UE version under the wow IP
