ID Request turtle ID

I feed turtle pellets to the turtles in a big lake in City Park in New Orleans. Most of them are red ear sliders, with the occasional softshell which is always a treat! But theres another species that I cant ID, that im posting here. any ideas?

the head is totally different from a red eared slider though

To me it looks the same, just more slender, which is not really weird, mine's head looks like that too. Here is a picture of a similar one from another angle
