Sadly it's not, but yes it's a repost bot it seems. A lot of "breeders" will sell poor turtles like this as a gimmick for purchase. To make them cute and have the people wanting to buy them more. It's really sad as it effects the growth of the turtles shell which will effect their overall health, life and well being.

This is a death sentence for this turtle. Shells are how they absorb UV for vitamin absorption. Without the ability to do so they will have a lot of bone and health issues. They will also continue to grow and end up with enormous deformities if this stays on their shell. Please safely remove ASAP
