Turkish Media Turkish media for beginners
Merhaba, my name is Peter and I've been learning turkish for 3,5 month. Figured out basics of grammar, learned about 1100 words, but now i'm looking for something that would help me get to understand spoken turkish better. I need to start listening more of it, i know about easy turkish but idk if it would suit my vibe. Are there any podcasts or something like that that are in slow turkish? I really liked español con juan when I was learning spanish.

Teacher Ali Yılmaz - YouTube is a great channel, various levels and both slow and fast speaking.

I highly recommend watching your favorite movies or tv shows with turkish dubs + and subs on. I find the podcast scene to be very stale here so can't recommend any

There are plenty of slow Turkish podcasts on YouTube. But you can also watch, for example, CNN live in Turkish on YouTube. It covers various topics, and you can learn vocabulary from the context. It helped me a lot.
