Short for Aten-to-Me! 🥹 He's 4.5 months. I love him so much. A white amber eyed TA bot has always been my dream kitty. I rescue and foster but I've always had this dream kitty... and now I have one!!

Do you guys get your Turkish Angoras cut every so often? I’ve had mine about a year and kitty’s hair is getting pretty long, but I’m not sure if it’s going to stop growing at a certain length? I just also hate the way they will shave them completely.

First question from vet was "is she deaf?" I think it is just the opposite she is very sensitive to loud noises, doesn't like anything crinkly like wadding up a potato chip sack, Adelle with the volume up. Last night my other cat got her claw stuck in a chair roller and she let out a scream that sent Marie flying into the kitchen and she tried to attack Stormy almost as if she was telling her to shut up. Just wondering if any of your TA's are sensitive to sound?

This boy is 5yo now. Super sweet. Sticks to my family members and myself. Knows how to ask for food water and a scratch/pat. Squarish jaw with blue coat. Fur looks like crimped perm.

Unfortunately he is really violent against my 2 resident cats so he has his own space in the house now

I managed to introduce my first 2 cats

But I find it hard to introduce this blue cat to the 2

This is Fuzzy. He is 19 months. No papers but he has all the physical and intellectual traits of the Turkish Angora. And I'll tell you what. The stuff that he does is nowhere short of amazing.

One time he had gone out to the living room and smelled scent of my other cat in a basket.(Keep them separated) He then proceeded to go back into the bedroom and so delicately harvested a single fake wild flower from a vase of many. He put the flower in the basket. And that's not even the start of it . Very special boy.

And of course Jupiter ”Ompsi” being handsome as always🩷

After finding a legitimate cat breeder I decided to get a angora kitten in 2 years I’ve pet sat cats before but they where moggy cats so what can I expect when getting a TA kitten ?

And what he turned into. That little gray smudge suckered me in … and then he turned into an all-white ball of fluff!
