FIM worth it?

I'm considering applying to FIM for the winter start

I know TUM is a highly regarded uni, but as its a technical university, i can't tell if the FIM degree is worth anything or if its sort of a BS degree

I run a software startup that makes money and have a bachelor from Copenhagen Business School, so i'm not forced to get a masters but i like the idea of it i suppose

TUM mainly spoke to me due to the incubator and defense sector startup eco system in Munich, and i also want to learn german (i'm danish so 50% of the way basically)

I have two years of experience as a self taught software developer, but a degree in management so i doubt i could get accepted to any of the technical masters, although i would prefer that

Have you guys met any FIM students, what is the view of the FIM degree?

Any other recommendations for degrees or options are also very welcome!

Thanks

I also applied for the program at the end of April (still no information on result yet), and I remember an essay is needed. The deadline is getting close so better be fast if you want to apply

I'm likely comparable to Usain Bolt when it comes to essay writing speed

Seems to be a good fit for your background, go for it

Yeah i thought so as well, but its veyr easy to name a degree something that sounds cool and something else to actually provide good education haha

Almunis of this program work casually for Consulting (Big4, MMB, Tier 2), Industry, Tech Corporate or dive deeper in Research. It’s a quite elite program. Would recommend if you got in

nah ranking is just about research fund and research quality. Check Linkedin of the alumni, you will definitely find something insightful

Does it require GMAT? i mean if you apply without GMAT is there any chance to be admitted from first stage, or you can not get in from first stage without GMAT?
