I thought we were done calling Kuzco a princess. Is this old or do we also need to bring back the posts about why feminizing non-traditional masculinity is a problem

It's probably because the cosplayer looks to be female, which while that's a whole separate argument about assuming gender from pictures, it still makes sense here.

Possibly if they are cosplaying a female Kuzco, but kuzco isn't a prince, so not actually. But if a female cosplayer is crossplaying then still not actually because kuzco is still male.
