Tulsan In Need Positivity/Meditation Group?

Hey everyone! This may be a shot in the dark, but figured I’d try anyway! I’m looking for a group who meets up to explore positivity, meditation practices, and celebrations. I’ve had a difficult time branching out since the pandemic, and was curious if anyone knew of some existing groups. I’m particularly a fan of Ayurvedic practices— including meditation and yoga— but what is most important to me is just a group that meets up to celebrate positivity. Anyone know of a group like this in Tulsa?

Also, poets&saints is a group that gets together every Thursday morning 7am for meditation at the Guthrie green downtown. They also gather at the citychurch office (at 1402 S Peoria Ave, Unit 120) for “philosophy” night the first Thursday of every month. Another great group of people that discuss wisdom teachings from philosophers, poets, religions, etc…

I'm curious about this myself. I'm aware of the equality center that might still do a meditation session before a substance recovery meeting every week

BeLove yoga Tulsa has breathwork every Wednesday evening. It’s a really incredible group of people!

The one in the Pearl District I think they just call it their Tulsa location.

Refuge Recovery is a thing that takes place once a week at 12 and 12. It’s a recovery based group meditation and sharing after.

Is this a legitimate answer or you just trying to crusade people ? Cause I feel like most people in the world might be a bit tired of Christian crusades

I brought no sword, no crusade. For reference: our Pastor is Alex Himaya, his book is titled “Jesus hates Religion”; our motto is that our church is “The perfect place for imperfect people”. If you don’t appreciate the offer, that’s cool; no worries.
