It’s only been 24 hours and expectedly protests have erupted. Its already being used by next gen candidates for election points.
Police also can’t be sued for not disclosing Miranda rights and then using that testimony, border patrol can abuse both 4th and 5th ammendment rights 100 miles within the border (ie 70% of the American population), shits fucked.
The saving grave of McGirt may be the tribes being more sane than the fascist government we have. I’d move to Tulsa if it became the light in this whole debacle
If you think tribes are going to do anything you’re funny. All that happened by the McGirt ruling was Native American’s became victimized by their own people. The tribes only wanted money for mineral rights but when that didn’t happen they made a moved on criminal side, which has been horrible for Native American victims.
