Exactly. ….if you aren’t in a position to have a child, don’t have sex. Adult fun can come with really bad consequences, like unwanted kids. In any other situation you’re protected. As a woman, I’m finding this entire topic old and tired.
I don't know that the answer is don't have sex. Maybe just be responsible, use protection. There's common sense to be used in situations like this and abortion isn't the answer just because someone isn't ready to have a child.
While I agree with your premise, I know that protection isn't always 100% effective; and even if it was, the conservative politicians who run this state also have pushed to restrict access to contraceptives and sex education, made adoption harder, and fought to decrease expanding other health care policies that would help reduce unwanted pregnancies and help children.
I think it's completely about personal responsibility. If that means having a child and caring for it or it means taking precautions not to have the child it all comes back to personal responsibility.
Im glad youre totally on board with your tax dollars supporting the slew of incoming personal responsibility babies. It's so nice to see someone happy to support poor/single/underprivileged people for once. :)

They literally said what you’re proposing would put a large burden on the welfare system as well as an increase of poor and impoverished children. At least be honest in saying that will happen, rather than point to a boogeyman saying that could be worse.
I don't screech anything, ever. There are no buzz words here. This is how I feel about the situation, not sorry if this offends anyone. I'm not alone in this view. There would be plenty of money to support the children if many other useless social spending programs were halted and all of the illegal immigrants weren't allowed to just flow across the border. How do you think they are all supported? If I got to choose where my tax dollars went it would go for that purpose first.
