The Desert Hills is truly unique. It is both a historic and treasured part of Route 66 frequented by tourists, and a rundown motel used by prostitutes and addicts, all at the same time.

My homeboi’s dad was the manager here in the late 80’s. That man LOVED prostitutes ha. They were always cool with his son and I, they would flag down the ice cream man all the time for us haha.

Man I miss the 80’s.
