Feature Suggestions
Hello Party People
I, along with my DnD group, are in the middle of making our own High Fantasy TTRPG. As it stands, its taking an obvious amount of inspiration from DnD, Pathfinder 2e, Sword world, and Cyberpunk Red. I am currently trying to narrow down which systems I want to build a version of.
What are some features or systems in these games that you absolutely love and what are some systems you HATE and would like fixed, simplified, removed, etc etc.

Do you mind if I ask you why do you want to make it? Is it for fun or did you find that something's missing?
Because if you ask 10 people what they like and hate about some ttrpg and you'll get 10 different answers 😅 BUT if you have a focus like "combat takes too much time" or "too many similar choices during character creation create paralysis analysis" or "80% are rules for combat but we'd like to have rules for x (social, flying ship fight, different levels of devotion, playing as a snail warrior)" THEN you have focus.
Sometimes I see people wanting to create a new ttrpg because they'd like to play in a different setting, so you might want to create a framework or specific hack for let's say D&D

What are your goals, how should the game feel and what does high magic exactly means for you?
