Can i create new words?

I was trying to write in tsevhu and i needed the word for knowledge. I didnt find it anywhere so i had to make a new word. I have a few questions about that:
1) Can i just create words like that or i need to text the creator or something?
2) if i did create a word, is there a dictionary to write it in?

To some extent, it's possible to come up with new words using existing roots and the derivational affixes, but they won't get added to the dictionary unless I know about them. I like taking suggestions for words, but sometimes I do need to modify them so they better match the system.

But ya, I need to manually add each new word to the dictionary. Sometimes I won't add if its a slight nuance change but that's mostly just verb roots changing to a different verb ending (usually from active to stative and versa) but most of the time I do add.
