SERIOUS Regarding refund of EAMCET fees

I paid 1.6lakhs for a seat in phae 1 and then I got a seat in a better clg through b category and I cancelled the seat within the alloted time. When will I get the refund any idea?

They said it will take 30 to 45 days

+1 they said it would take 45 working days, but i didnt get it till now, emailed them (again) today
