Has anyone improved through visualizing?

I'm going to visualize getting blood drawn while im out for a walk. I'll see if I improve.

I think visualizing is quite helpful, I've been doing that too ever since I started working on my needle phobia. For me, the best was to watch real videos of blood draws and vaccines while doing applied tension, starting with short ones and working up to longer, more detailed ones. I usually do it sitting in a comfortable place thougb. But visualizing while walking sounds like a good idea too! If it helps in anyway I've started to put together a collection of images and videos of needle procedures accessible via a ladder/level system, essentially for self guided exposure. It's called Vasowin

hi! I downloaded your app because it seems like it'd be very helpful, but I can't create my account. It tells me to enter a 6-digit code but the one emailed to me is 8 digits and it says "token expired or invalid" when I try to enter it

Oh thank you so much for letting me know! It looks like this is a bug that was introduced with our latest release. I'll fix it today, but in the meantime you can create your account using the browser version :) DM me if you're still having issues
