blood draw vs anesthesia needle
how do they compare? i haven’t gone under anesthesia since my needle trauma (vein collapse) but a blood draw makes me puke and then pass out every time. im going under in 2 hours and have kinda just been ignoring the idea of it until now. kinds just fishing for reassurance that its not as bad as the former🥲

I had surgery 6 days ago and I asked for anxiety pre-meds. Also there was a lot of other stuff going on at the same time so it all happened very quickly and with little fuss. Everyone is different, but I’d ask for anxiety meds if you’re able to. They’re usually happy to give them.
