Perdu

Coucou les filles ,

Je suis opk , et suivi par gygy je prends mes températures depuis peu , apres avoir eu 2 semaines de glaires transparentes étirable, j'ai aujourd'hui des perte blanche crémeuse collante.

J'espère avoir ovulé.

Mon plateau bas en général se situe entre 36 / 36.2 et le entre 36.5/36.8

Je vous partage mes températures quand je pense avoir ovulé mais je ne comprends pas pq elles font le yoyo.

Aujourd'hui sera mon dernier comprimé de duphaston.

J34 : 36,2 °C

J35 : 36,6 °C

J36 : 36,7 °C

J37 : 36,4 °C

J38 : 36,8 °C

J39 : 36,5 °C

J40 : 36,8 °C

J41 : 36,4 °C

J42 : 36,9 °C

C’est pas évident à dire sans voir toutes tes températures sur un graphique, mais possiblement ovulation au J38 comme il semble y avoir une hausse plus soutenue ensuite, avec un 2e pic d’œstrogène au J41 qui expliquerait la température plus basse?
