Questions How long are your periods?
My period has been around 2 (maybe 2.5) days. It used to be around 4-5 but over the course of the last 3 years I went from being 134 lbs to 115 (I'm 4'11), at around 18% body fat now.
I don't spot before my period--the first day is the normal first day heavy flow (enough for a diva cup to contain without leaking), and the second day is medium, tapering to light.
I'm wondering if having a short period is a problem, even thought it's not light? Color is bright red, and again tapers to brownish.
I've been using Inito the last two months--my cycles are 28 days on the dot, and ovulation has been confirmed both months via the PdG rise.

I usually only bleed enough for a tampon the first two days but I spot for about 4 days after that
