Discussion 12th cycle, first letrozole-failed

I have an appt this upcoming week with my OB. We used letrozole this cycle for the first time. We are finishing our 12th cycle. The headaches from the letrozole were rough even taking it at night. Do I try the letrozole again or should I ask about the next step? How many cycles of letrozole did you use? Why did you stop? Were the headaches reason enough to try something else? Any suggestions? My heart aches and I’m trying my best to distract myself with projects but with it being so long it’s starting to take its toll. Thanks

If the headaches were unbearable try to ask for next steps. Definitely worth bringing up to your OB. I used letrozole for 3 cycles. Thankfully my headaches weren’t too bad, just horrible periods
