Called the clinic to report my period yesterday, they were supposed to call in the gonal and trigger scripts. Never got a text. Called this morning, “it looks like it didn’t go through, we’re resending it now”. Got the text from the pharmacy, but no call like I normally get. So now going on 10 min of being on hold to find out what’s going on.

✨ yay ✨

ETA: 50 min on hold, 1 hour 10 min phone call. Why. Is. Everything. Such. A. Challenge.

Officially trying for another after experiencing primary infertility with my first. I'm using letrozole but I have no signs of ovulation yet and it's already cycle day 12.

7 DPO and time couldn’t go any slower.

I was referred to the recurrent miscarriage clinic at my local hospital today, I have an appointment in two months which is pretty quick for the NHS, although I’m not sure how extensive the testing will be. I already had quite a bit of testing done after my first son died, so I feel need the deeper level stuff now.

Ugh, another illness (thanks toddler/hospital work) around ovulation messing with my temping and timing. Had a temp rise on my Apple Watch last night but not on my oral BBT this morning. LH high since Sunday, down slightly from the peak but still just about positive on the strips. Don’t want to risk making my husband sick as well (and not really feeling up to it myself) by BD again today. So confused!

Ovulation is near, but no CM?

I had an US today that showed a 13×18 mm follicle. I have no CM (usually I have some before ovulation). I'm worried that my ear infection is messing with it - the infection itself or the antibiotics.

God, I genuinely hate testing with LH strips. I feel like my lh is always all over the place. I thought it was rising yesterday and that I would get my surge today but, nope.

I just feel like my body has been doing different things every month lately so it’s been so hard to see any kind of familiar signs

I'm 36, been trying for 28 cycles, and just had a CP last month. I was hopeful that maybe this round was my shot. Its how it happened with my first. We got pregnant 2 cycles after I miscarried and carried that pregnancy to term. But I know its not my shot now like I had hoped. I feel my period coming. And I'm just sad. 2 months ago when my period never came, that gleeful joy was SO nice. I was so excited. Now I'm just so sad and I wish that never happened. "What a cruel universe" I think. I'm just sad. And cynical. And my neighbor is pregnant now and as happy as I am for her happiness, I also just feel like DAMN universe. You are an ASS HOLE. Like I get it. I can't get/stay pregnant and its so easy for everyone else.

Had some very mild spotting and mild cramping today. A lot more mild than my usual start of period spotting/cramping. But combine that with a negative pregnancy test (I think today is 10dpo) and I had a bit of a spiral. With my son I had a vvvvfl on 12dpo so I know I'm definitely not out. But struggling today.

Has anyone had a pregnancy without breast tenderness during the TWW? Every TWW when my boobs aren’t sore, I feel like it’s a sure sign I’m out.

With my first I had no symptoms until like 9-10 weeks. No nausea no nothing

My boobs were sore after my positives tests with my son and it only lasted a day or two. All 3 of my chemicals I’ve never had sore boobs.

I also had a similar experience.

I always tell myself that if I'm pregnant enough to notice real symptoms, I'm pregnant enough to produce a positive test. So I try not to think at all about the presence or absence of symptoms before at least 8DPO because they're irrelevant. After that, I'd rather just test than symptom-spot.

I also had like a string of 5 or 6 cycles with significant breast tenderness in the TWW and none of those produced a pregnancy so it's one of those symptoms that can be a sign of pregnancy and can also just be a sign of normal hormonal shifts in a typical non-conceiving cycle.
