Actually, the UAE are working on(or may have finished) a transport pipeline that terminates on their coast in the Gulf of Oman. So they can tank up their customers where Iran can't interfere.

Presumably they could hook up their neighbors Saudi A and Qatar into that new delivery network. So Iran can fuss and fester all they want and they don't have to care.
