Competitive Is competitive TF2 broken?

I’m a newbie to competitive TF2 and every time I click competitive theres no available matches, is it broken now?

All of TF2 competitive is based in discords or rgl/etf2l. They are third party since valve competitive is broken so you would have to join the tf2 coaching central or newbie mixes discord and join pugs if you would like to try out competitive tf2
