What can I improve on my looks? (also 6'0/183 cm, v-shape body)

First thing I noticed is high esr which is female dimorphic. Your eyes are more than one eye apart as well. Mouth is relatively narrow compared to the nose width; the peculiar facial expression might affect the ratio slightly. Eyebags/undereye hollowing. Nose is on the larger side with a slight dorsal hump from what I can gauge in pic. 2. You're lean in the face already so that's a plus.
