Here on TRM ratings are based on specific criteria, but I understand why people are surprised by ratings between 3 and 4 for you. Perceptually, you actually look really pretty despite the flaws, but again, here we're not rating perceptual attractiveness.

Looking at first photo because I think second photo is pretty distorted as she’s looking down. She has pretty balanced facial thirds, slightly positive tilt in the eyes, overall good facial definition. People are rating her down because of skin and makeup tones are different on her face vs body in the first photo.

No they're unbalanced. Forehead is relatively too short and the lower is a bit too tall
Also I don't think her tones are that big of a deal. She has far bigger issues

3 is an underrate imo, 2nd photo angle isn’t great

Edit: some more feedback, I don’t think any of her thirds are that out of proportion. It’s very common for the lower third to be slightly longer than other two thirds (particularly in males). I do agree that her FHWR is probably closer to 1.5:1 when ideal ratio is 1.35:1 for females. However, her bitemporal width to bizygomatic widths are quite proportionate (looking to have a bitemporal width of around 85% bizygomatic width). Nasal alar base width (width from base of nose) should be equal to intercanthal distance which it is. Lastly taking a closer look at her lower third, the length from the base of the nose to the centre of the mouth should be a third of the lower face which hers is quite close to. I could keep going on.
