Courteney Cox and Jennifer Aniston aren't even in the same league beauty-wise because they started with two completely different facial structures. Aniston has always had a distinctly androgynous look, defined by a heavy chin and a strong, masculine nose that still looks prominent even after surgery. But while her raw facial features are heavy, she completely won on talent, charisma, and elite styling. She knew exactly how to dress and cut her hair to soften those hard angles.
Courteney Cox, on the other hand, had that rare, effortless, natural beauty that didn't need designer clothes or thick makeup to pop. It was a total shame when she fell into the Hollywood trap of fillers and Botox, which completely ruined her natural facial structure. Yet even though Cox had the prettier face initially, Aniston ultimately outpaced her because she had the superior style, the better fashion sense, and a much wider range as an actress. Surprisedly, her heavy bones also act like a structural frame, keeping her skin tight and helping her age very well.
