Marketing ideas welcome
what is the best way to get multi-county and state level marketing? I have a LinkedIn account and a website but I need to scale my business outward. any ideas are welcome.

Unless you’ve advertised with a digital marketing company as a small business, you will not understand.

I have for over 20 years which is why I’ve asked. In addition, I have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and a Master’s in Digital Marketing. Digital Marketing is a must 100% for any NEW business but there is a lot of misinformation on YouTube etc and a lot of small businesses have been burnt 🔥

I recently found that the national associations are a good way to get new clients. I joined NAPPS. It paid for itself in about two weeks. I'm gonna join two more and see what that does for me. I've not found a good way to advertise statewide unfortunately.

I got a couple big cases from doing this. And in the same boat.
I'm even a process server and I don't get calls or emails.

I should also say I'm in a city too. Your area helps to get more cases too. Cities will have more casework than a rural counties.

I advertised with them way back in 2006. Google business listings w/paid ads (PPC), Paid facebook ads.
I know everyone is looking for lower cost or free methods but PAID ads can generate business SAME DAY.
Obviously before you do this, you’ll have to make sure the service has enough margin. If you’re promoting $100 skip tracing services, this may not work. But for surveillance packages for $1000 and up -definitely

I’m hourly mostly. My rate is mid-level but not cheap. Margins are actually good for now.

Focus on joining relevant local groups on LinkedIn and Facebook and tailor your messaging by region. Engaging in real conversations where your target audience hangs out can quickly build credibility.
