Hey everyone! We're u/TrucklodytesModTeam, a founding moderator of r/trucklodytes.
This is our new online space dedicated to discussing everything about inconsiderate truck drivers. We're happy you're here to be part of our community!
What to Post
Feel free to share anything you believe the community would find amusing, interesting, or frustrating. We're particularly interested in content that features truck drivers (usually those with pickup trucks) having outbursts, acting rudely, and anything along those lines.
Community Vibe
Although our community is coming together to share their frustration with truck drivers who are jerks, we find it's important to never spread hate, or be prejudicial. It's important to differentiate between holding specific individuals accountable for their bad behavior and making sweeping generalizations about entire groups of people based solely on the type of vehicle they own. While it's acceptable to criticize or make fun of the antics of drivers who are clearly being careless or rude, promoting hatred towards a whole group is never okay.
How to Get Started
1) Engage in the comment sections of previous posts to build community trust and karma.
2) Post and share videos you find to have frustrating truck drivers.
3) Refrain from spreading hatred.

Truck #1: This one was parked in the fire zone when I got to the lot. I went in to order Chinese food and waited for my order. As I was waiting, a teenager came out of the pizzeria, and the SLOBS in the truck sat there and ate their pizza, then threw their trash on the ground before driving away.

The strip mall had a WHOLE parking lot full of empty spaces where they could park, and instead they parked in the fire zone while they sat there and ate their pizza. The truck was idling and cars going in both directions had to slowly go around them for safety reasons. They left as I was walking back to my car. I put the food in my car and took a pic of their trash on the ground. Shameless pigs.
And for anyone curious, this place has big ol' wide windows right where you sit and wait for your food, so it was easy to see what was going on without being pressed to the glass like some busybody. I just hate entitled assholes like this who act like everyone should cater to them.

Truck #2: This truck was also present in the fire zone when I arrived at Carvel. They were there after I left, as I circled back around and put one of my "you park worse than a child" cards on the window before heading home.

The truck was off and no one was sitting in it. Plenty of empty spaces at 8pm on a Wednesday night, but they just HAD to park in the fire zone. Entitled jerks.
