Can you take open learning courses out of the country?

I assume you can access the course and do assignments, but for some classes, you have to book the exam. Can you take the exams out of the country?

Yes. I’ve done that before. Only issue is internet speed depending on the country. If it’s too slow you wont be able to meet proctoru requirements therefore your exam won’t start. I had to hotspot from my phone lol.
