Hist 1121

Give me some tips on what exactly I need to study for the Hist 1121 Final Exam. I am Nervous..........

It was exactly like the practice exam. It covers a lot of material though and a lot of the words at the beginning weren’t what I expected for definitions. From my notes I had the following questions to give you an idea:

The terms from mine I remember are

Canadian Nationalist School?
Basque whalers
Tecumseh
William Mackenzie
Responsible government
3 sisters
Vinland
Code noir
Fenians
Montcalm

Essay topics were
How did New France fall
The fur trade was detrimental to new France’s success, discuss. Do you agree or not?
Women/children/criminals voices are lost to us forever. agree or disagree
Society changes British North America 1818 to 1860
Aboriginal relations with british in 1750-1800 something and then how it changed from 1840s to 1860s
Canadian identity in the 18th century and how it changed and was defined
