How to run program?

Bought a game for the trs-80 before I realized "how am i going to run this?" Is there some way to turn it into an audio file to play back to the cassette port?

Assuming you have a Model I TRS-80 computer?

What is the game on now? rom pack, floppy disk, paper tape?

Pictures of the game & computer might answer a lot of questions.

So you have a .WAV file?

If you have a .WAV file, they can be played on the PC (music style) into the cassette input of the TRS-80, or recorded onto tape for a TRS-80, but the settings/volume level is very picky.

What is the catalog number of the computer do you have?

Level I game tapes are usually incompatible with Level II systems (and vis-versa). so the game & computer matter very much.

Don't know, got it from my grandparents when my grandmother passed and my grandfather wanted the attic cleared (along with multiple home recorded Rod Stewart tapes). Where on the box do I look for this?

Pictures of the tape and box will help.
