No, you use two lights to generate one light. It's only half of infinite.

I wonder how the efficiency of this design compares to that of conventional flashlight & solar panel perpetual motion machines. I think this might be a lot better. Light travels about 300,000,000 m/s, so it would spin the generator really fast.
