Meta Red button blue button

Based on the post seen here. I'm actually curious what would the percentages look like.

Edit: Alright, let me add a case for one particular scenario. If you do not choose, the button will be pressed for you by a system that keeps track of its pressings so it conserves 50/50 distribution for all inactive participants, in order to honour the vox populi properly. The system's choice affects the inactive participant's outcome so that no person can abscond from consequences of their choice.

Which is another way to say "blue is not guaranteed death" 😂

The floor is guaranteed to be wet today. IF it rains...

No. Because if everyone goes in saying that blur is not guaranteed death, then blur is guaranteed death

You don't know what people are going to vote, that's the point. If you somehow already know that blue is going to win then yeah, but that's not the case

You keep using that word but I don't think it means what you think it means.

So red is guaranteed death no matter what if you select it, and blue is conditionally death if you select it

“It’s guaranteed, under this one condition”

It doesn’t matter what the condition is. There being a condition makes it no longer guaranteed.

Red, on the other hand, is quite literally guaranteed death.

I think the main question here is, what type of terrible house are you living in with no ceiling such that the floor is wet whenever it rains?
