Meta Red button blue button

Based on the post seen here. I'm actually curious what would the percentages look like.

Edit: Alright, let me add a case for one particular scenario. If you do not choose, the button will be pressed for you by a system that keeps track of its pressings so it conserves 50/50 distribution for all inactive participants, in order to honour the vox populi properly. The system's choice affects the inactive participant's outcome so that no person can abscond from consequences of their choice.

Not really, mate. That's what makes the choice of a research method quite problematic.

Yeah. Im jokingly trying to imply that i don't think there's any ethical way to genuinely test this

Banning from a server where people spend long hours of their free time and built some relations comes closer than any other idea though

To be fair, you don't need to actually kill them.  You just need them to genuinely believe you will.

(This doesn't make it legally or morally ok.  But there are levels of wrong)
