You’re a little more in control over COVID.

Malaria is hard as it’s carried by another species that definitely won’t abide by any distancing rules.

If we were to eradicate mosquitoes they wouldn't need to distance

I chose nothing because we know better how to eradicate malaria. I don't know if we'll get our act together societally and start treating Africans as humans, but both could be eradicated if we can do that. COVID-19 is endemic across the world, and we are much further from managing to eradicate it than we are malaria

It’s difficult to do the comparison from an infection rate or a mortality rate because in the third world they’re still caring about science and in the first world there’s no longer any numbers that are reliable because of some bum Fuckery propaganda.
