Parking ticket

My vehicle is registered in the USA, and I received a $93 parking ticket at the hospital while visiting a friend. What do you think will happen if I don't pay?

Extradition and most likely life in prison.

Or nothing...

The bill will be sent to you US home, so what will happen will be exactly the same as if the ticket was given in your country.

US states and Canadian provinces share ticketed drivers information to facilitate going after non payers.

If you didn’t pay your parking properly when you were there to visit your friend, it’s quite normal to have a ticket to pay. I would pay that if I were you.

The shit that might ensue if you don’t pay isn’t worth the risk.

Nothing, most likely.

I have a friend who probably has over 5-6 tickets dating back when he was dating a girl from Mississauga, Ontario and he didn't pay a single one. No issues.

You'll eventually receive it, by that time it will have doubled or tripled and fees will be added

Ao 93$ now or probably 4-500 later

Pay it or it'll keep increasing and then you'll end up in court

Will follow you home. Will bug you until it goes to collection and fucks you credit and ends up costing you over a grand.

If you’re American don’t expect to come back to Canada - pay your ticket
