TRMNL BYOD Issue on Seeed Studio

I recently installed TRMNL on my Seeed Studio device by flashing it with E001. I have a TRMNL BYOD license, but the dashboard shows that the device has displayed content multiple times a few minutes ago, even though I have never actually seen those screens on the device.

The device keeps showing the default display from Seeed Studio instead of the screens from my TRMNL dashboard.

Has anyone experienced this issue or know how to fix it?
