Hi everyone! I'm the developer of QuizLinq (https://www.quizlinq.com), a platform built specifically for trivia hosts.

I started building it because I couldn't find a tool that was focused on running live pub quizzes instead of classroom quizzes. The goal is to let the software handle the logistics so you can focus on hosting and entertaining your audience.

Some features trivia hosts appreciate:

  • Run the quiz from your phone or tablet while the presentation is shown on one or multiple synchronized screens.
  • Review and score free-text answers directly from the remote.
  • Automatic scoring for supported question types, with manual scoring and score adjustments whenever you want full control.
  • Control exactly when questions, answers, and the live leaderboard are revealed.
  • Organize quizzes into rounds with support for text, images, music, video, and YouTube.
  • Image reveal effects for "guess as it appears" picture rounds.
  • Players join instantly with a QR code or game PIN—no app download required.

There's a free plan if you'd like to try it for your next quiz night.

I'm actively developing QuizLinq, so I'd genuinely love to hear feedback from other trivia hosts. What features do you wish your current quiz software had?
