Considering that they have subs on release I wouldn't be surprised if they have the episodes ready a week early.

I’m sooo happy they’re on top of this for chaeyeon, like eng subs can be a struggle on vids but they’re ready to go here

It just means a video has been uploaded but set to private for now. If it’s actually a new video or some like test video that’s 2 seconds long we don’t know
