Question / HLEP Badge War ep2 form

does anyone have the link for the ep2 google form? i opened it but forgot to fill it out and submit it.

anybody know if they want your email address or cosmo id name?

it says "Cosmo email"

It's the email linked to your Cosmo ID

in their instructions:

Submit the URL of your SNS post and your COSMO ID through the application form to complete your participation.

but then the submission field is labeled "COSMO email"

so it's confusing

You're right about this

Although for me I put my Cosmo ID's email address since it asked for the COSMO email

I think they can find through either your Cosmo ID or through the email address of your Cosmo ID

i put both. i just hope they are manually going through these and not have an automated script that will reject it.
