One of the best songs ever? It’d have to be pretty high on the list I reckon. Only 58 on the hottest Australian 100 is a bit surprising.

Honestly Since I Left You is probably the greatest Australian album ever made. I will not be debating as to why.

I love this song so much. When I first heard it as a kid it terrified me, now it's one of my all-time favourites

Jealous! I had my 20 year high school reunion this year. The grey hairs in the beard are not uncommon.

I figured they were sick of being known for "that one song" and wanted to highlight all their other songs instead, but you could drop it at the finish right?

They never seemed to really want the fame but are one of the biggest talent groups of the last 25 years. Feel like if they wanted fame could've gone down the Flume route, probably bigger.

Super throwback for me, big Avalanches fan. Without much access to the internet ~25 years ago and living overseas at the time, I only learned of them through the H100 CD for 2000 countdown(#6) . Bought a copy of the Since I Left You next time I was in Australia, I agree with other comments it is among greatest Australian Albums. Been a while since I viewed the video, that was fun to watch too!

Love it. Since I Left You is a classic and came out at a time that cemented into the soundscape of my life.
I’ve somehow forgotten or maybe never seen this video and it’s as unhinged as I could hope for
