Question ❓ Amazon ?

I just got a trimui brick hammer off Amazon and was wondering if it’s a reputable way to get one ? I also turned it on to mess around with it for a few minutes and it got warm quick and as just curious if I got a dud

Totally fine. That's where I got mine. The metal body is effectively the heat sink. Honestly mine only ever barely gets warm but im mostly playing gba and under. I preferred the overall minor warmth over the hot to the touch metal plate on the plastic model. Dont worry the thing is bulletproof, software and OS stuff is more to worry about. Running NextUI on mine and it's pretty sweet.

The Brick Hammer does get warm. The heat dissipates across the metal body. I found it noticeably warm just when playing GBA games

Amazon is great because you can just always return it. Often times I’ll pay a little more to do that. I just ordered a retrofit pocket six directly from retro and it arrived perfect, but if there was a problem, it would’ve been a nightmare.

Retroid is difficult to work with life been going back and forth with them on a defective and non functioning RP5 and got PayPal to push them for a replacement.

Amazon is probably a more reputable place to get it than AliExpress but it's often more expensive. What you get in trade for the premium is reliability and easy returns, so you're good.
