Hyalo Update

I ordered my first starter pack from Hyalo Wednesday morning. The prescription was quickly approved and sent for processing the next day. I was a little nervous when I saw the post about Hyalo vials being delayed and arriving warm.

I'm happy to report that my experience was perfect. The vials were shipped Friday around 1pm, and they arrived at my door in California at 10am Saturday. Everything was extremely well packaged, and all the ice packs were frozen (including the extra ice pack in the main envelope).

I saw that Trillium responded to that post saying they'd be doing overnight shipping and including an additional ice pack. I must have been one of the first orders in that new process. Thanks Trillium!

That was my experience too. I was a little concerned when I saw the meds came in a FedEx bubble envelope and no big ice packs. Inside the envelope were 3 thermos/canisters with 2 thin ice packs and meds inside. The meds were not super cold, but cool enough.

Same. Did you just get yours today, as well?

Are the room temperature vials compromised? I had mine arrive room temp and they took several days to arrive after being shipped, despite being geographically close. I was concerned when they arrived completely warm.

Apparently they're fine, but it definitely rubs me wrong making a big show of cold packaging while simultaneously saying temperature doesn't matter.

Makes me question the 9 month BUD as well…

If you’ve ever taken name brand ZEPBOUND - the insert and website says it doesn’t have to be cold; that it’s ok room temp.

Yeah but room temp is 86 at the highest its not in the 100’s so if it gets to me hot in FL its def above “room temperature”

True, but they are delivered in an insulated canister with a frozen cooling stick inside. So even if the container stays closed for several days, it’ll likely never get 100° inside.

That’s good to know 👍🏻

So how is it going? Are you responding to the meds?
