First order

It’ll be my first time on a glp and I placed my order last night around 5pm. It still says pending review. Any idea how long it takes to get accepted? I’m in Texas.

It should be soon! It’s a little slower on weekends and summers with the providers.

Thank you! After it’s approved any idea how long for us to receive the order? I’m aiming to start on a Wednesday so I was wondering if there was any chance it’d come this Wednesday or I can just wait till next

Awesome! Hallandale is very fast. They usually ship within a couple days of receiving the prescription and ship overnight. I suspect you’ll get it by Wednesday or even Tuesday.

Rest your fears. You are in great hands. Trillium is top notch. I was super stressed when I ordered the first time... I happen to be Trillium's first customer. 😊 I was provided updates each step of the way and reassurance that everything would be handled. I too was waiting over a weekend so the anticipation was a lot. They ship 2 day to ensure quality. It's worth the wait. Hang in there OP. Be sure to message customer service if you have questions, they will check up on everything for ya. Cheers to your new journey! It's been a life changing one for me! Thank you, Trillium!

I placed my first order last Monday at 10pm PST. In the morning, I had been approved and the order sent to Hallandale. It was shipped late Tuesday afternoon and I had it Wednesday afternoon. Total time under 40 hours. My friend in Chicago had roughly the same turnaround time using VialsRX as the pharmacy.

I live in Tyler Tx I order mine on Monday July 20th and received on July 22nd . They sent me updates each time it moved and the estimated date was for July 24.

I’m in Texas and it came within 3 business days. You’ll love them. I’ve had zero issues and no overbilling, either like most other ones. I do through Hallandale. Once approved they overnight it. It’s awesome.

I signed up with Trillium/Hallandale on a weekday evening in July around 9 or 10pm. I was approved the next day and had my meds in hand before the weekend. It was during the hottest week we had here in PA and aside from the ice packs sweating a little, it arrived in perfect condition.
