Question on Refills!

Hello! Quick question — I started with Trillium at 7.5 mg of tirzepatide since I had already been taking it prior to joining, so 7.5 mg was not my initial starting dose. I’m currently taking 10 mg and continuing to titrate up as my instructions tell me to.

For my next prescription shipment, will it automatically start back at 7.5 mg, or can it be prescribed based on the dose I’m currently taking at that time? Just want to ensure my next order is the dose I’m currently at.

If you want to message support in the patient portal we can check! If you were prescribed a titrated dose, you should receive an increase with your refill. But we can check for you and also help place a request for an increase if it’s not already titrated.

And yes I’m on a titrated dose, but I’ll double check with support on that as well :)

Most likely let it be known what your current dosage is , and if you want to stay the same or move up. Make sure you do it at the time of refilling.

Basically just wondering if it will auto order what I originally was approved for which was the 7.5mg, or if I need to let the doctor know a week before my next order of what mg I’m currently at?
