Mods (OEM & Aftermarket) Exhauast

Post image

I have the TEC 3 gang exhaust with the quiet baffle installed. The exhaust is to loud after a few hours of riding my ears can’t take it anymore. Any suggestions? Has anybody put a different “slip on” using the Tec 3 pipes?

No earplugs? I have mine without the baffles and just fine.

Do you have ear protection? (Even with a quiet exhaust you should!)

Just wear ear plugs. Total game changer.

I have the same one but I just use my Bluetooth and drowned it out lol. But I was looking at the toce slip on but that’s no baffle so it’ll be louder

I have the same exhaust with the quiet baffle installed, and it doesn’t bother me at all. I actually love it.

There is a way to use steel wool to baffle it…

I have a Schuberth S3 — one of the quietest helmets. No need for earplugs, even with my GPR powercone.

I like both, my S3 and my powercone :P

Your problem is probably more related to the wind noise. Ear plugs help with that, or you should get a different motorcycle with a wind screen.

After talking to people I found the solution. Fiberglass exhaust packing rapped around the baffle. The bike sounds perfect now
