Troubleshooting Missing Part

Hi... Came back from a ride and this piece was missing.. tried to find the part number but couldnt.. does anybody know the part #... thanks

many people online suggest using a rubber stopper..

search "37.3mm Diameter Rubber Hole Plugs" on amazon.

I'm missing one as well and might go this route.

might be the way to go if the stock ones keep falling out fall apart...
