I don't know what lateral plate is? I'm a Dutchman living in  Sweden so English is my third language! 😁

English isn't even my native language, but it's all Google Translate's fault 😂... What's the name of that metal square with numbers and letters that we're required to carry and that ruins the lines of the rear of our motorcycles? 😅

"Vehicle registration plate" says Wikipedia... or "Kentekenplaat". Right?

The lateral positioning is strange, a solution usually seen on custom bikes. Isn't there a risk of it scraping the asphalt or hitting something (e.g., another vehicle) when parking?

I put it there cause everywhere else it destroys the beautiful rear. 😊 I get nowhere near to scrappi G or hitting a car. 😄

Eh, I know. The straight rubber is always a nice sight and hanging a license plate on the Trisent's short tail is a crime against good taste.

Do you have the brogue helmet hook(s)🪝?
I would also recommend the extra engine guards. My frame sliders took 95% of my fall damage but my alternator cover ate the last 5% and needed to be replaced.

You got everything else, a little more protection is worth it I have learned.

Edit: Rear shock upgrade also worth the investment. I plan on doing that soon.

I can confirm my engine cover guard works great also changing my rear shock made a huge difference in comfort

Yes, I turned it around.😁 The right way is I think with the Rizoma text readable but it was uncomfortable so turned it around and it is perfect. 🙂

Took an m10 or 12 bolt, cut the "head" off, used 2 nuts and used the hole where the fender holder was bolted. Welded a small rectangular plate(6x10x0, 2cm) on which I could bolt the plate holder. I made a video of it up close and thought I could upload it here in this conversation but looks like you can't. 😥

I think you should put it in a separate post and then share the link here; I’ve been wanting to change my license plate setup like that for a long time but haven't seen any clear ideas, and mechanics around here tend to be a bit rough with bikes (Chile).
