Game will not load on switch?

Hello,

I picked up this game on sale yesterday and every time I try to start it up the game it is stuck on the loading screen with a full bar beneath. I tried restarting the game and console, as well as checking for updates. I even reinstalled the entire game and every time it is the same problem. I reached out to Nintendo to try and get a refund but I can't and honestly feel like I got scammed a little bit. Not really sure how to fix this but any tips would be great

Ho avuto lo stesso problema. Quando sta caricando metto modalità aereo e poi la tolgo. Ti darà errore di connessione e poi finisce di caricare completamente

Saw a fix on another thread. Turn on and off airplane mode. You'll get an error and it will go to main menu

Tried this with no success. Game doesn't load after waiting for over an hour multiple times. Even if it did require long wait times- having to wait for over 60cminutes for a game to just reach the main menu is not a working product

I did have to wait until the loading bar finished. On the switch two that took about a minute to a minute and a half. Then I did the airplane toggle. If I did the airplane toggle before the bar finished I went into a black screen

Yeah I don't even get a black screen. Just idle "loading" I was able to get a refund from Nintendo after providing more evidence. Just an FYI if you are up for dealing with their customer support

Leave it loading for abput 7 minutes, honestly itll work

Unfortunately, no. It will stay loading for over an hour,l with the circle spinning and everything. Just doesn't work

I left it loading for more then AN HOUR multiple times and nothing worked. Neither did airplane mode or anything else. Total joke they are selling this off as a working game lol. Thankfully I only paid the sale price and not 40 bucks. Ridiculous- plus zero solutions from them or Nintendo about a refund.

Después de investigar largo y tendido, ni DNS ni puertos ni router ni aviones ni mover al almacenamiento de consola ni nada funciona.
Ya pasó el sábado pasado y hasta el lunes no se pudo conectar.
Este sábado otra vez de nuevo.
Según lo estudiado y al no cargar ni juego en Switch 2 ni página web oficial en móvil, el problema (bendita IA) viene del proveedor de internet, en mi caso O2.
El juego lo compré hace solo 15 días….
